The student is required to provide a high school and/or college/technical school transcript, financial aid print out(if applicable), letters of recommendation (optional),current rehabilitation reports on injured parent, current medical reports and first report of injury of parent, death certificate of deceased parent (if applicable) and a brief description of the accident.

THERE IS NO DEADLINE. This Scholarship is always available because you can have a parent injured at any time.Kids' Chance provides an opportunity via scholarship for those children whose parent(s) have been in a work-related accident or killed in a work-related accident and the family income has been reduced considerably. This scholarship allows the children to pursue an education to reach their goals and fulfill their dreams.
This scholarship is offered annually to Mt. Hebron students.
